TourGrids is a travel marketplace that connects travellers with verified third-party travel providers. Because bookings are fulfilled by independent providers, cancellation and refund terms vary by provider. Please read this policy carefully before confirming any booking.

Third-Party Policies Apply

All cancellations, modifications, and refund requests are governed by the policies of the respective travel provider. These vary from provider to provider and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Your Responsibility Before Booking

It is your sole responsibility to review and understand the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms of a provider before confirming any booking through our platform.

How to Initiate a Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be initiated directly with the travel provider or through the contact method provided at the time of booking. Where TourGrids has facilitated the booking interface, we may forward your request but are not responsible for the outcome.

Refund Timelines

Refund timelines depend on the provider's internal processing and payment channels. TourGrids does not control or expedite refunds but can assist in tracking the request where possible.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings — such as discounted or promotional packages — may be non-refundable or carry cancellation penalties. These conditions will be stated at the time of booking.

Partial Refunds

Where partial refunds are permitted, the amount will be calculated based on the provider's refund policy, minus any applicable service fees, taxes, or cancellation charges.

Force Majeure

Refunds may not be available in cases of force majeure events — including natural disasters, war, pandemic-related restrictions, or government actions — unless explicitly stated in the provider's terms.

TourGrids Platform Fees

Any booking or service fee charged by TourGrids (if applicable) may be non-refundable, even if the provider issues a full or partial refund.
