They Sorted a Hotel Crisis Mid-Trip

We were two days into our Kerala trip with my husband when the houseboat booking got cancelled last minute — something to do with the operator. I panicked and called our TourGrids coordinator Ravi around 9 PM. He picked up immediately, found us an alternate houseboat in Alleppey, and had the confirmation in my WhatsApp within the hour. Same price, no extra charges, honestly a better boat than the original. The rest of the trip — Munnar, Kovalam, the whole itinerary — went completely smooth. Hotels were proper good, cabs were always on time. What I appreciated most is that someone actually answered when it mattered.
