Itinerary

  1. Arrival and check-in

    Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle, sign a short waiver and get a mat/spot. Light torches provided if needed.

  2. Breathwork & gentle warm-up

    Seated pranayama and mobility to wake the body and calm the mind.

  3. Yoga flow and posture practice

    A slow-to-moderate sequence focused on balance, hip openers and back care; modifications available.

  4. Guided sunrise meditation & relaxation

    Guided sitting or lying meditation timed with sunrise; includes a short body-scan and gratitude practice.

  5. Grounding walk & closing

    A short barefoot walk along the shore; time for questions, water/ginger tea and photos.

Safety Requirements

  • Inform instructor of medical conditions, pregnancy or recent injuries before the session

  • Practice on dry, non-slippery sand; be aware of tides and wet sections

  • Keep a safe distance from water line and rocky areas

  • Stay hydrated; avoid practicing on a very full stomach

  • Use reef-safe sunscreen and insect repellent as needed
