From Port Blair, drive ~30–40 km to Wandoor Jetty (travel time ~45–60 min), then take a government-approved boat or tour to Jolly Buoy (boat ride ~30–60 min depending on vessel and sea conditions). Some operators run combined trips to nearby Red Skin Island. Access is subject to seasonal closures and daily visitor limits.
