Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary (Flamingos)
Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected wetland reserve at the edge of Dubai Creek, famous for its seasonal flocks of greater flamingos and a wide variety of migratory and resident birds. It features three purpose-built bird hides, mangrove and mudflat habitats, and offers exceptional urban-wildlife viewing with the Dubai skyline as a backdrop. The sanctuary conserves biodiversity within an urban environment and is managed by Dubai Municipality.
