They Sorted a Hotel Crisis at Midnight
We were two days into our Seven Sisters trip with my wife when our Meghalaya hotel suddenly said they had no record of our booking. It was past 11 PM and we were standing at the reception with our luggage. I called TourGrids and honestly expected to be put on hold. Instead, Rohit from their team picked up immediately, got on a three-way call with the property, and had us checked into a different hotel within 40 minutes — same category, no extra charge to us. The whole trip was well-planned otherwise too, cab timings were on point and no hidden charges at the end. This one moment just showed what the team is actually made of.
