Best reached by a short boat ride from Palolem or Cola (South Goa). Alternate access is a steep jungle/rocky path from nearby headlands — not recommended for inexperienced walkers. Nearest major transport hubs: Goa International Airport (Dabolim) and major railway stations in South Goa; expect 1–2 hours by road from the airport or from major towns. Limited or no facilities (toilets, shops) on the beach itself.

Half-day (3–4 hours) for a relaxed visit; full day if combining boat trips and a picnic.

Light beachwear, sturdy shoes or sandals for the trek, sun protection (hat, sunscreen), insect repellent, swimwear, a dry bag for valuables, and enough drinking water/snacks.

Enjoy fresh seafood and beach shacks in Palolem or Cola after your visit. Look for local cashew products, feni (Goan spirit) and handmade crafts as souvenirs.
