November to April (dry northeast monsoon): sunnier skies, calmer seas and better visibility for diving. May to October is the wetter season with more rain and stronger winds but can still offer good diving and fewer crowds.

Tropical maritime climate: warm year-round with average temperatures 26–31°C (79–88°F). Humidity is high; brief heavy rains are common in the wet season.

Maldives typically provides a visa on arrival for many nationalities (usually up to 30 days) but check current entry requirements before travel. Resorts and transfer providers may add transfer fees, optional tourism or environmental levies and service charges — confirm these when booking. Resort facilities and activities operate on schedules set by the resort (most activities available daily, excursions depend on weather).

Kuredu and associated services are reached from Velana International Airport (Malé) by a scheduled domestic transfer arranged by the resort — commonly a seaplane or a combination of domestic flight + speedboat depending on the resort’s arrangements. Transfer times vary; seaplane transfers to Lhaviyani Atoll are typically around 30–45 minutes (approximate). Transfers must be pre-booked through the resort or tour operator. The final pick-up/drop-off times are coordinated with arrival flights.

4–7 nights to relax, enjoy water activities and one or two excursions. Longer stays (7+ nights) are ideal for divers or those seeking rest and multiple island outings.
