Arrival, Transfer and Resort Check-in
Arrive at Velana International Airport (Malé) where you'll be greeted and escorted to your transfer (speedboat or seaplane depending on the resort). On arrival at the resort, complete check-in, settle into your room, and attend a short orientation about activities. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach or exploring the house reef at your own pace. Enjoy a welcome dinner at the resort.
Tip: Keep swimwear and a lightweight cover-up in your hand luggage for immediate beach time.
Guided Snorkeling Excursion & Island Exploration
After breakfast, join a supervised guided snorkeling trip to nearby coral gardens. Expect to spot colorful reef fish, rays, and, if lucky, sea turtles. Return to the resort for lunch. In the afternoon, opt for an island-hopping excursion to a nearby local island (optional) or relax with watersports offered by the resort.
Activity Level: Moderate — suitable for beginners and experienced snorkelers; basic snorkeling gear included.
Sandbank Picnic and Traditional Sunset Fishing
Start the day at leisure — enjoy the resort facilities or arrange optional spa treatments (extra). Midday, head out for a picturesque sandbank picnic: swim, sunbathe, and enjoy a light beachside lunch. As the day winds down, experience a traditional Maldivian sunset fishing trip. Learn local techniques and try your hand at catching reef fish. Return to the resort where your catch can be prepared by the chef (subject to resort policy).
Important: Weather may affect sandbank and fishing timings; the resort will confirm the best schedule on the day.
Leisure Morning and Departure
Enjoy a final breakfast and a relaxed morning — take a last swim or short snorkel on the house reef. Complete check-out and transfer back to Velana International Airport (Malé) for your onward flight. If time permits, a quick visit to Male city (subject to transfer schedule) can be arranged to explore local markets and the waterfront.
Departure transfer timings depend on seaplane/speedboat schedules; ensure flights are booked with sufficient buffer.
