Located on the waterfront of Lake Pichola in Udaipur, the haveli reflects the social and administrative history of the Mewar nobility and has been restored to preserve its galleries, courtyards and terraces. Today it functions as a museum showcasing the cultural heritage of Mewar and serves as a center for vernacular performing arts.
