Arrival, Panaji Welcome & Fontainhas Walking Tour
Arrive at Goa (Dabolim Airport) or railway station and transfer to your hotel in Panaji (Fontainhas). After check-in and a short rest, enjoy a guided heritage walk in Fontainhas, the Latin Quarter famed for its colorful Portuguese-styled houses, narrow lanes, old bakeries and art studios. Visit the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in Panaji and explore the riverside promenade. Evening optional: a short Mandovi river cruise with sunset views. Overnight in Panaji (Fontainhas).
Old Goa Pilgrimage & Heritage Churches
Full-day excursion to Old Goa, the historical ecclesiastical capital. Visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus (housing St. Francis Xavier's relics), Se Cathedral, Church of St. Francis of Assisi, and the Archaeological Museum. Learn the history of Portuguese Goa from a local guide and discover the blend of Baroque and Manueline architectural styles. Note: Dress respectfully when visiting churches (shoulders and knees covered). Return to Panaji for dinner. Overnight in Panaji.
Spice Plantation Visit & Goan Village Life
Depart for a scenic drive to a traditional Goan spice plantation. Enjoy a guided tour explaining spices, medicinal plants and local agriculture. Savor a rustic Goan lunch prepared with fresh spices. Cooking Class: Learn Goan Cuisine & South Goa Cultural Tour
Morning hands-on Goan cooking class: learn to prepare classic dishes such as Goan fish curry, xacuti, prawn balchão, and Bebinca (traditional dessert). Enjoy the meal you've prepared. Local Market Morning & Departure
