Arrival at Mahé Island International Airport and transfer to your hotel on Beau Vallon. Settle in, attend a brief orientation with your guide and photographer-instructor, and prepare gear for the week. Late afternoon embark on a relaxed sunset catamaran cruise off Mahé to capture golden-hour seascapes and silhouetted island profiles.
Highlights of the day include a short walk on Beau Vallon Beach for evening portraits and the cruise photography session. Tip: use a fast lens (f/2.8–f/4) for low-light sunset portraits and lock your camera settings during the cruise.
Morne Seychellois Rainforest & Anse Major Coastal Hike
Explore Morne Seychellois National Park with morning light filtering through endemic palms and giant ferns — ideal for texture and detail shots. After a guided rainforest walk, take the coastal trail to Anse Major (or short boat transfer) for a secluded beach shoot with dramatic rock formations and turquoise water.
Golden-hour session at Anse Major offers long-exposure seascapes and foreground rock compositions. Wear sturdy shoes for the hike; bring a tripod for long exposures and macro work.
Ferry to Praslin & Vallée de Mai Palm Forest
Transfer by ferry to Praslin (approx. 1 hour) and check in to your beachfront accommodation. Spend the afternoon in Vallée de Mai, a UNESCO World Heritage site — photograph the endemic Coco de Mer palms and unique light filtering through the canopy.

Short boat transfer to La Digue in the morning. Rent bicycles (or use ox-cart) and ride to Anse Source d'Argent, one of the world's most-photographed beaches with trademark granite boulders and soft coral sand.
Spend the day scouting compositions among the boulders, tidal pools and palm frames. Golden-hour and sunset at Anse Source d'Argent produce iconic portrait and landscape images. Tip: arrive early to avoid mid-day crowds and use a wide-angle lens plus fill-flash for close rock detail.
Sunrise Beach Shoot, Blue Boat Jungle & Return to Mahé
Catch a sunrise shoot on La Digue or Praslin beaches for soft-light composition practice. Mid-morning return transfer to Praslin and high-speed ferry back to Mahé. Afternoon free for editing session with your guide (optional), local market shots in Victoria, or an additional beach session at Anse Takamaka.
