Arrive at Velana International Airport (Malé). Meet your transfer representative and take a speedboat/seaplane transfer to the resort in South Malé Atoll. Check in and relax. Later in the afternoon attend a welcome briefing covering the week's schedule, safety, and marine conservation guidelines. Finish the day with a short introductory house reef snorkel guided by the resort's marine biologist — ideal to acclimatize and spot reef fish.
Tip: Keep your camera ready — house reefs often host colorful reef fish and juvenile corals.
Guided Coral Snorkel & Reef Ecology Session
Morning guided snorkel at a nearby coral garden focusing on identification of coral species and common reef inhabitants. After lunch, attend an interactive Reef Ecology & Conservation session led by the resident marine biologist covering responsible snorkeling and coral-safe practices. Evening free for resort leisure or optional night snorkel to observe nocturnal reef life.
Discover Scuba / Certified Guided Dive Day
