Itinerary
Arrival & First Golden Hour: North Goa Beaches
Arrive in Goa and transfer to your hotel in North Goa (Baga/Calangute/Anjuna). Settle in and gear up for an introductory session with your photography guide. Late afternoon shoot at Calangute/Baga Beach focusing on motion, silhouettes and beachscape compositions. Wrap up with a sunset shoot at Anjuna Beach — explore rock formations and candid street-beach portraits.
Photography focus: composition for wide-angle beachscapes, using foreground, working with fast-moving subjects (waves/locals).
Tip: Charge spare batteries and carry a small ND filter for longer exposures at sunset.
Fort Shoot: Fort Aguada & Chapora Views
Morning briefing and optional sunrise shoot at a vantage point. After breakfast, visit Fort Aguada and Sinquerim Beach for lighthouse and fort-lens framing. Post-lunch explore Chapora Fort (made famous by iconic movie shots) and Vagator Beach — ideal for dramatic cliff and sea compositions during late afternoon and sunset.
Photography focus: using telephoto compression for cliffs, silhouette exposures, working with textured foregrounds (rocks and waves).
Important: Some forts have uneven surfaces — wear comfortable shoes and watch for changing tides near cliff edges.
Heritage & Street Frames: Old Goa & Panjim
Transfer toward Panjim/Old Goa. Spend the day photographing heritage landmarks: Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, and the stately church plazas of Old Goa. In the afternoon, wander the Latin Quarter of Fontainhas — colorful Portuguese facades, wrought-iron balconies and narrow lanes provide endless street photography opportunities.
Evening photo-walk at the Panjim Riverfront / Miramar and Dona Paula viewpoint for golden-hour reflections and river-lit scenes; optional short sunset river cruise for different vantage points.
Photography focus: architectural details, color studies in Fontainhas, environmental portraits and low-light riverfront exposures.
Tip: Respect local worship timings when visiting churches; some interiors may have restricted photography.
South Goa Coast: Cabo de Rama & Cola Lagoon
Drive to South Goa with a morning stop at Cabo de Rama Fort — spectacular cliff-top panoramic opportunities and moody seascapes. Continue to the unique Cola Beach / Cola Lagoon for contrasting scenes: palm-backed sand, a freshwater lagoon meeting the sea — perfect for creative compositions and drone shots (where permitted).
Late afternoon transfer to Palolem/Agonda area for a relaxed beach shoot and a guided sunset session capturing boats, silhouettes, and reflections.
Photography focus: landscape layering, using reflections, drone composition tips (follow local regulations).
Note: Some South Goa stretches are more secluded with fewer amenities; carry water and sun protection for field shoots.
Sunrise Beach Shoot & Departure
Early-morning golden hour shoot capturing long-exposure seascapes and morning light portraits at your nearest beach (Palolem/Colva/Agonda depending on stay). Return to the hotel for breakfast and a short review session with your photography guide — image curation tips and post-processing suggestions for mobile/desktop editing.
Check-out and transfer to the airport/railway station for onward travel.
Photography focus: sunrise color gradients, long exposures, and quick editing workflow tips.
Tip: Confirm transfer times the evening before to ensure a relaxed departure.

Goa With My Wife, Zero Second-Guessing
Honestly, handing over an entire trip to a company you've never used before feels risky. But my wife and I wanted Goa done properly this time — no last-minute scrambling, no random hotel surprises. TourGrids sorted the flights, cabs, and hotel over a couple of WhatsApp calls, and the coordinator actually remembered the small things we mentioned, like wanting a sea-facing room. Everything was laid out clearly before we paid — no hidden charges that showed up later. The hotel was proper good, transfers were on time, and whenever we messaged, someone replied quickly. First time trusting an outside company for a trip, and it went better than trips we've planned ourselves.
Custom Goa Itinerary Built Around Our Schedule
We wanted a Goa trip that didn't feel like a copy-paste package, and TourGrids actually listened. I spoke to their team twice on call before booking — told them we're a couple, not big on beach parties, more into quiet stays and good food spots. They adjusted the itinerary accordingly, swapped one property we didn't like on the list, and confirmed everything on WhatsApp within a day. No back and forth, no confusing emails. The hotel was proper good, cab driver was on time throughout, and the pricing was transparent from the start — no hidden charges showing up later. Honestly the planning part felt easier than I expected it to.
