Itinerary
Arrival in Kochi & Fort Kochi Heritage Walk
Arrive at Cochin International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station and transfer to your hotel in Fort Kochi. After check-in and some rest, enjoy a guided heritage walk exploring Fort Kochi: the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, and Mattancherry Dutch Palace (Jewish Palace). Stroll through the spice markets and antique lanes. In the evening, attend a Kathakali demonstration or a short cultural performance.
Tip: Carry a hat and water for the afternoon walk. Photography is great at sunset around the fishing nets.
Drive to Alleppey & Board Luxury Houseboat (Overnight)
After breakfast, drive to Alleppey (Alappuzha) — the gateway to Kerala's backwaters. Board your luxury private houseboat by late morning. Savour a gourmet Kerala-style lunch prepared onboard while the houseboat glides through Vembanad Lake, serene canals, paddy-lined banks and sleepy villages.
