Itinerary
Arrival, Check-in & Leisure by Naini Lake
Arrive at Nainital (via Kathgodam/road from Delhi) and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, take a gentle stroll to Naini Lake for an introductory boating session (shared or private boat as per choice). Spend the evening exploring Mall Road, enjoy street-side snacks, and visit the Naina Devi Temple on the northern shore of the lake. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Local Sightseeing — Zoo, Eco Caves & Tiffin Top
After breakfast, visit the famed High Altitude Zoo (Govind Ballabh Pant National Park) to view Himalayan species such as the snow leopard, Himalayan black bear, and various pheasants. Continue to the Eco Cave Gardens, a family-friendly set of interconnected rocky caves and themed gardens, perfect for children to explore. In the afternoon, head to Tiffin Top (Dorothy's Seat) for panoramic views of the valley and a short nature walk. Evening at leisure — optional shopping on Mall Road.
Tip: Carry comfortable shoes and a light jacket; mornings can be chilly.
Excursion to Bhimtal & Sattal — Lakes, Boating & Nature
Full-day excursion to nearby lake towns. Start with Bhimtal — enjoy boating on the serene Bhimtal Lake and visit the small island aquarium (dependent on opening). Proceed to Sattal, a cluster of seven interconnected freshwater lakes surrounded by dense forest. Relax by the lakeside, go for an easy birdwatching walk, and have a picnic lunch (or return for lunch in Nainital). Return to Nainital in the evening and relax at the hotel.

Snow View Drive & Cable Car — Himalayan Panorama
After breakfast, take the scenic Snow View Drive or cable car ride to Snow View Point, offering sweeping vistas of the Himalayan peaks including Nanda Devi on clear days.
