Arrival & Sunset at Ghoghla Beach
Arrive in Diu (by road from Bhavnagar/Rajkot or by connecting flight/train to nearby hubs). Transfer to your hotel and check in. Spend a relaxed afternoon at Ghoghla Beach — ideal for a long beach walk, photography and watching the sunset. In the evening, visit the nearby Diu Lighthouse area for panoramic coastline views. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Tip: Carry light windproof clothing for breezy evenings along the shore.
Historic Diu: Forts, Museum & St. Paul’s Church
After breakfast, explore the enduring legacy of Portuguese rule. Visit the imposing Diu Fort (Fortaleza de Diu) with its ramparts and sea-facing bastions. Walk to the Diu Museum (inside the fort complex) to view colonial-era exhibits. Continue to the beautiful St. Paul’s Church and nearby heritage lanes. Evening at leisure — optional beachside dinner.
Important: Wear comfortable shoes for exploring fort steps and cobbled lanes.
Beaches & Natural Wonders: Nagoa, Naida Caves & Gangeshwar
Start the day at the scenic Nagoa Beach — perfect for swimming and optional water sports (at own cost). Next, visit the atmospheric Naida Caves with their natural rock windows and sea views. Later, drive to the shore temple complex of Gangeshwar Temple, famous for five Shiva lingas set in the rocks facing the Arabian Sea. Return to Diu town for an evening market stroll and local seafood tasting.

Morning Beach Walk, Checkout & Departure
Enjoy an early morning beach walk or quick swim, followed by hotel breakfast and checkout. Use remaining time for last-minute shopping at Diu Market or a short photo stop at your favorite beach. Transfer to your onward transport (drop-off to bus stand/railhead/airport as per package).
