Itinerary
Arrival & Introduction to Ahmedabad
Arrive at Ahmedabad (Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport/railway station). Transfer to your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, enjoy a gentle introduction to the city: visit Sabarmati Ashram, the home of Mahatma Gandhi, followed by a drive past the colonial and commercial districts. Evening at Kankaria Lake for a family-friendly promenade and optional light-and-sound show.

Ahmedabad Heritage Day & Old City Walk
Full-day exploring the rich heritage of Ahmedabad. Begin with a guided Old City Heritage Walk covering the lanes around Bhadra Fort, the Jama Masjid, and the intricate stone latticework of Sidi Saiyyed Mosque. Explore the historic town center and visit a Patola weaving centre to see the traditional double ikat silk weaving techniques unique to the region. Modhera Sun Temple & Village Sights
