Arrival, Transfer to Pahalgam & Evening Lidder River Walk
Arrive at Srinagar Airport or Railway Station and meet your representative. Drive to Pahalgam (approx. 2.5–3 hours) with scenic stops en route (optional quick photo stop at Pampore saffron fields if in season). Check in at your hotel in Pahalgam. Relax and in the late afternoon enjoy a gentle walk along the Lidder River — perfect for family photos and listening to river sounds. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Tip: Carry a light jacket for evenings as temperatures in Pahalgam can be chilly, even in summer.
Betaab Valley & Baisaran (Mini Switzerland) Excursion
After breakfast, head to the iconic Betaab Valley — enjoy meadow trails, riverside picnic spots and panoramic views. Spend ample time exploring and relaxing; families will appreciate the safe, open meadows for children to run and play. After Betaab, visit Baisaran (famous as 'Mini Switzerland') — reached by a short trek or pony ride (optional). Return to Pahalgam for a relaxed evening and overnight.

Aru Valley / Chandanwari Optional Visit & Leisure Time

Spend the afternoon enjoying leisure activities in Pahalgam: riverside strolls, optional trout fishing (permit required), or local shopping for handicrafts and Kashmiri shawls. Evening at leisure and overnight at the hotel.
Tip: If you prefer more walking, ask your guide for a curated nature trail along the river suited to your family's pace.
Morning Leisure, Check-out & Return to Srinagar / Departure
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and a final riverside walk or short local stroll. Check out from the hotel and drive back to Srinagar. Depending on your departure schedule, opt for a short Shikara ride on Dal Lake (time-permitting) or quick shopping stop at Lal Chowk for souvenirs. Transfer to Srinagar Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey.
