Arrival, Private Houseboat Welcome & Sunset Shikara
Arrive at Srinagar Airport where you will be received and transferred to your luxury houseboat on Dal Lake. Check in and meet your private butler who will walk you through the houseboat amenities. Relax and refresh before an evening sunset Shikara ride across Dal Lake with views of the snow-capped ranges. Return for a specially prepared welcome dinner on the houseboat.

Mughal Gardens, Old City & Evening Leisure on the Houseboat
After a relaxed breakfast on the houseboat, visit the iconic Mughal Gardens — Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Explore the terraced gardens with panoramic views of the Dal Lake. Continue to the Old City for a guided walk through narrow lanes, visit the Shankaracharya Temple (viewpoint) and browse the bustling Lal Chowk markets for pashmina shawls and Kashmiri handicrafts. Return to the houseboat for an evening at leisure and an optional private candlelit dinner arranged by your butler.

Gulmarg Day Trip — Gondola & Meadows
Full-day excursion to Gulmarg (approx. 2 hours each way). Discover the alpine meadows, wildflowers (seasonal) and pristine landscapes. Ride the famous Gulmarg Gondola (optional — we can pre-book phase 1 & 2 tickets) for stunning mountain panoramas. Enjoy leisurely walks, photography, and optional activities like pony rides or a guided nature stroll. Return to your houseboat in Srinagar by evening.

Pahalgam Day Trip — Betaab & Aru Valley
Today head to the scenic Pahalgam (approx. 2.5–3 hours). Visit Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and the scenic banks of the Lidder River. Enjoy picnic spots, tranquil riverside walks, and optional short treks or pony rides in Aru. On the way back, stop for tea at a viewpoint and return to your houseboat for a relaxed final night with a specially curated farewell dinner prepared by your private butler.

Leisure Morning & Departure Transfer
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the houseboat with final views of Dal Lake. Use remaining time for last-minute shopping, a short Shikara outing, or a relaxing spa treatment (on request). Check out and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward flight. End of services.
