Itinerary
Arrival, Transfer to Dalhousie and Evening Leisure
Arrive at Pathankot railway station / airport and drive to Dalhousie (approx. 1.5–2 hours). Check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening enjoy a leisurely walk at Gandhi Chowk and take in panoramic sunset views from nearby viewpoints.
Tip: Carry a light jacket — evenings can be cool even in summer.
Dalhousie Heritage Walk & Churches
Explore the colonial-era charm of Dalhousie. Visit the iconic St. John's Church, stroll through Subhash Baoli and Panchpula, and stop at viewpoints such as Dainkund Peak for sweeping Himalayan vistas. Afternoon at leisure for shopping or optional short treks to nearby trails.
Important: Wear comfortable walking shoes for cobbled lanes and short ascents.
Khajjiar — Mini Switzerland Excursion
Day trip to Khajjiar (approx. 1 hour from Dalhousie), known as the 'Mini Switzerland of India'. Return to Dalhousie for an overnight stay.
