Arrival & Heritage Walk in Jaisalmer
Arrive at Jaisalmer (by road/train/flight to nearest hub). Transfer to your hotel and freshen up. Spend the afternoon exploring the iconic Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila), wander the narrow lanes and visit ornate Patwa Haveli and local bazaars. Evening at leisure with an optional rooftop dinner overlooking the lit-up fort.

Desert Adventure: Dune Bashing, Camel Ride & Overnight Camp
Drive to Sam Sand Dunes for the core adventure day. Enjoy thrilling dune bashing in an experienced 4x4, try an optional ATV/quad bike session, and take a scenic camel ride across the dunes at sunset. Experience an authentic desert evening with folk music, dance, campfire and star-studded skies at an overnight desert camp (traditional tents with basic comforts).
Included activities: Jeep dune bashing, camel ride, cultural performance, dinner and breakfast at camp. Important: Dune bashing can be bumpy — not recommended for pregnant travelers or those with back conditions.
Sunrise Over the Dunes & Transfer to Jodhpur
Early morning wake-up to watch the sunrise over the Thar Desert followed by breakfast at camp. Return to Jaisalmer for a short city break, then embark on a scenic drive to Jodhpur (approx. 4.5–6 hours depending on stops). Evening free to explore the lively Clock Tower Market and sample Rajasthani street food.
Tip: Carry a light jacket for desert mornings which can be chilly, even in warmer months.
Explore Jodhpur: Mehrangarh Fort & Local Sights
Spend the day discovering Mehrangarh Fort — one of Rajasthan's most impressive forts — and the adjacent Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park and Jaswant Thada. Walk the old city streets and visit the spice and handicraft markets. Evening drive towards Pushkar (approx. 3.5–4 hours) or choose to overnight in Jodhpur and transfer next morning based on preference.
Optional: Guided fort tour or heritage walk with a local historian. Travel note: Some sites have entry fees and photography charges.
Spiritual Pushkar & Evening Drive to Jaipur
Arrive in Pushkar for a relaxed morning at the Pushkar Lake and visit the rare Brahma Temple. Enjoy the colorful bazaars, handicraft stalls and a possible short camel village safari in the surrounding dunes. Later drive to Jaipur (approx. 3–4 hours) and check into your hotel. Evening at leisure — explore local markets like Johari and Bapu Bazaar.
Tip: Pushkar is a conservative town; dress modestly around temples and lakes.
Jaipur Heritage Morning & Departure
Morning dedicated to the pink city's highlights: ascend to Amber Fort (jeep or optional elephant ride where permitted), visit the City Palace, and photograph the iconic Hawa Mahal. Time permitting, stop at local crafts emporiums for traditional block-printed textiles and jewelry. After sightseeing, transfer to your onward drop-off point (Jaipur airport/railway station) for departure.
