Arrive at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport and transfer to your family-friendly beachfront resort on the North Coast (Grand Baie). Settle into your room and enjoy the resort facilities: pool, kids' club, and safe, sandy beach. Spend the afternoon relaxing and exploring local shops in Grand Baie.
Tip: Early arrivals can request a day-use room (subject to availability) to freshen up. Keep swimwear handy for immediate beach access.
Marine Discovery: Aquarium & Coastal Walks
This day is dedicated to family-friendly marine discovery. Visit a popular aquarium and marine centre (options include Blue Bay Aquarium or Mauritius Aquarium depending on final itinerary) for guided exhibits showcasing tropical fish, coral displays, and interactive touch pools. After the aquarium, enjoy a scenic coastal walk and time at a sheltered beach suitable for children.
Important: Bring reef-safe sunscreen and light snorkeling gear for kids if available. Aquariums often have feeding demonstrations — check timings.
Ile aux Cerfs Full-Day Excursion & Water Sports
Transfer to the East Coast for a full-day cruise or speedboat transfer to Ile aux Cerfs.
