Customers may request a change in the scheduled time or date after booking.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made within 48 hours after the booking.

Rescheduling may incur additional costs as determined by third-party service providers, such as hotels, cab operators, or other vendors. These costs will be communicated to the customer prior to confirmation of the reschedule.

If rescheduling is not possible due to unavailability, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation Charges

TourGrids Service Fee: A cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking amount will be charged by TourGrids for processing and handling cancellations.

Travel Partner Charges: In addition to the TourGrids service fee, any cancellation charges imposed by our travel partners (such as hotels, airlines, cab providers, and activity operators) will also be applicable. These charges vary depending on the partner's policies and the specific booking terms.

How Cancellation Charges are Calculated

When a booking is canceled, the total amount to be deducted will be calculated as follows:

Total Deduction = (15% of total booking cost) + (Cancellation charges set by travel partners)

For example, if the total booking amount is ₹100,000 and the travel partner charges ₹20,000 as their cancellation fee, the breakdown would be as follows:

TourGrids Service Fee (15%) = ₹15,000

Travel Partner Fee = ₹20,000

Total Deduction = ₹15,000 + ₹20,000 = ₹35,000

In this case, the customer will receive a refund of ₹65,000.

When Can You Cancel?

Cancellations can be requested at any time prior to the start date of the service or activity. However, cancellation requests are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the travel partner.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the travel partner's policy, in which case no refund will be provided.

Payment Requirement

To confirm and secure your booking, 25% of the total tour cost must be paid on the day of booking. This payment acts as a partial deposit to reserve your slots and lock in availability with our travel partners, such as hotels, cab providers, and activity operators.

Deposit Amount: 25% of the total booking cost.

Payment Deadline: The payment must be made immediately upon booking (0 days before the booking date) to ensure confirmation.

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Online Payment Gateways (UPI, Net Banking, etc.)

Mobile Wallets (where applicable)

All payment transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption, ensuring that your personal and financial information remains safe.
