Journey to Edamalakkudy Village — Offbeat Tribal Homestay

On arrival, check in to community-run homestays/eco-camps. Evening welcome circle with tribal hosts and an introduction to the village way of life. Note: access to Edamalakkudy may require organized permits — these are handled by us in advance. Overnight in Edamalakkudy.
Edamalakkudy Immersion — Hands-on Nature & Cultural Workshops
Full day of immersive activities led by local naturalists and community members: guided forest walks for birdwatching and medicinal plants, hands-on bamboo and leaf craft workshops, sustainable farming demonstrations, and a family cooking session using locally sourced ingredients. Evening cultural program featuring songs and stories from the tribal community. This day is tailored for families and children; itineraries can be adapted for mobility needs.
