Arrive at Ahmedabad. After hotel check-in, explore the city's highlights: Sabarmati Ashram, the UNESCO-listed Bhadra Fort area and the lively kite-flying spots near Law Garden (seasonal). In the evening, experience the vibrant local cuisine and, if your trip coincides with the festival, watch the International Kite Festival celebrations. Overnight in Ahmedabad.
Drive to Bhuj — Kutchi Culture & Craft Trails
Morning drive to Bhuj (approx. 7–8 hours) with scenic stops. On arrival, visit the Kutch Museum, the ornate Aina Mahal and the historic Prag Mahal. Explore local bazaars famous for Kutchi embroidery, bandhani textiles, and traditional handicrafts. Evening at leisure with an optional cultural performance. Overnight in Bhuj.
Heritage Villages & Sunset at Banni — Into the Heart of Kutch
Full-day excursion through the Banni Grasslands and nearby heritage villages such as Hodka, Ludiya, and Dhordo (depending on route). Meet local artisans, watch traditional handloom and embroidery work, and learn about the pastoral lifestyle. Late afternoon transfer toward the Great Rann of Kutch. Experience the first salt-desert sunset and stargazing from your tented camp. Overnight in Dhordo / tented camp at the Rann.
Sunrise on the White Rann & Drive to Mandvi
Early wake-up for a spectacular sunrise over the Great Rann of Kutch. After breakfast, depart for Mandvi (approx. 4–5 hours). On arrival, visit the romantic Vijay Vilas Palace and stroll along Mandvi Beach. Evening free for beach relaxation or an optional sunset dhow cruise. Overnight in Mandvi.
Water Sports, Sand Dunes & Sunset at Mandvi
Full day of coastal adventure: choose from windsurfing, jet-skiing, banana boat rides, parasailing (seasonal and subject to local operators), and a guided dune walk in nearby sand areas. Enjoy beachside local seafood and relax on the shores during Mandvi Beach relaxation and water activities. Safety briefing and lifejackets included where applicable. Overnight in Mandvi.
Return to Ahmedabad & Departure
After breakfast, drive back to Ahmedabad (approx. 5–6 hours) with a photo stop en route. Depending on your flight/train schedule, you may have time for last-minute shopping at Law Garden Night Market or a quick visit to the Science City.
