Itinerary
Arrival in Kochi — Fort Kochi Walk & Leisure
Arrive at Cochin International Airport and meet your private driver. Transfer to your boutique or luxury hotel in Fort Kochi. After check-in, enjoy a relaxed guided walk of historic Fort Kochi — see the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, and the Dutch Palace (Mattancherry Palace). Evening at leisure with an optional Kathakali performance (if available).
Tip: Carry comfortable walking shoes and a hat for the Fort Kochi stroll.
Kochi Sightseeing & Drive to Munnar
Morning visit to Jew Town and the Paradesi Synagogue, and a short drive through cochin's colonial quarters. After lunch, depart for Munnar (approx. 4–5 hours). En route, stop at scenic viewpoints and Cheeyappara Falls / Valara Falls. Arrive in Munnar by evening and check in to your hill resort.
Note: The drive includes winding hill roads — travel time may vary with traffic.
Munnar: Tea Plantations, Eravikulam & Sightseeing
Full day exploring Munnar's highlights. Visit Eravikulam National Park (home of the Nilgiri Tahr), the Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam (boat ride optional), Echo Point and panoramic tea plantation viewpoints. Evening at leisure or opt for a traditional Keralan dinner at the resort.
Important: Entry to Eravikulam is subject to park timings and seasonal closures; early booking recommended.
Munnar to Thekkady — Spice Plantation Visit
After breakfast, drive to Thekkady / Periyar (approx. 3–4 hours). En route visit a local spice plantation for a guided tour and tasting of pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla. Arrive in Thekkady, check in, and enjoy an evening cultural performance such as Kalaripayattu or local traditional art (subject to availability).
Tip: Spice tours make great family-friendly photo opportunities and souvenir stops.
Periyar Wildlife Boat Safari & Transfer to Alleppey (Houseboat)
Early morning guided boat safari on Periyar Lake for wildlife and birdwatching — good chance to spot elephants, sambar deer and various birds. After the safari and breakfast, drive to Alleppey (Alappuzha) and board your private luxury Kettuvallam (houseboat). Begin a tranquil cruise through Kerala's famous backwaters; enjoy freshly prepared local cuisine on board while watching village life along the canals.
Note: Houseboat routes are flexible; inform us of any dietary preferences in advance.
Disembark & Drive to Kovalam — Ayurvedic Spa Evening
Disembark after breakfast and transfer to Kovalam (approx. 3.5–4.5 hours). Arrive and check into a beach-facing resort. Spend the afternoon relaxing on Lighthouse Beach or Hawa Beach. Enjoy a complimentary introductory Ayurvedic spa treatment or wellness consultation at the resort's spa.
Important: For longer spa sessions, pre-booking is advised to secure preferred timings.
Kovalam Beach Day & Trivandrum Sights
Morning at leisure on the beaches of Kovalam. Afternoon private sightseeing to Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) — visit Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple (external view for non-Hindus), Napier Museum, and Kuthiramalika Palace Museum. Return to Kovalam for a sunset walk and optional seaside candlelight dinner.
Tip: Temple entry rules can change; follow dress codes and timings. Non-Hindus may view from outside where applicable.
Departure — Transfer to Thiruvananthapuram Airport
After breakfast and final beach time, check out and take a private transfer to Thiruvananthapuram International Airport for your onward flight. If your flight is later in the day, enjoy a short optional shopping stop for spices, tea, and handicrafts.
Note: We recommend booking flights after 12:00 PM to allow a relaxed morning. Airport transfer times depend on traffic.
