Arrival and Transfer to Gangtok — Leisure & Spa
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station and meet your private chauffeur for a scenic transfer to Gangtok (approx. 4–5 hours). Check in to your premium hotel. Gangtok Sightseeing — Culture & Scenic Views
Full-day sightseeing around Gangtok. Visit the serene Enchey Monastery, the modern Rumtek Monastery, and the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology to explore Himalayan art and culture. Enjoy panoramic views from the Tashi Viewpoint (weather permitting). Evening free for boutique shopping or a second optional spa treatment (at own cost).
Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion — Optional Nathula Pass
Early morning excursion to the high-altitude Tsomgo (Changu) Lake and Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (permits required). Optionally extend to Nathula Pass (India-China border) — advance permit and seasonal opening apply. Return to Gangtok in the evening for a relaxed dinner.
Transfer to Lachen via Scenic Drive — Village Walk
After breakfast, check out and enjoy a private drive to Lachen (approx. 6–7 hours) through scenic mountain roads and the Teesta River valley. En route, stop for photos and short walks at scenic viewpoints. Arrive in Lachen, check in to a cozy mountain lodge, and take a gentle village walk to experience local Sikkimese life.
Gurudongmar Lake Excursion and Transfer to Lachung
Pre-dawn drive to the spectacular Gurudongmar Lake (altitude permitting) for sunrise vistas — one of Sikkim's most iconic high-altitude lakes. Return via lunch, then continue to Lachung for overnight stay. Evening at leisure in Lachung; enjoy clear night skies and mountain air.
Yumthang Valley & Zero Point — Transfer to Pelling
Visit the lush Yumthang Valley, known as the 'Valley of Flowers', and explore Zero Point (seasonal access). After the morning excursion, begin a longer scenic transfer to Pelling (drive time varies — comfortable private vehicle provided). Check in to your Pelling hotel and enjoy a quiet evening with panoramic mountain views.
Pelling Sightseeing — Departure Transfer
Morning sightseeing in Pelling: visit Pemayangtse Monastery, the ancient Khecheopalri Lake, and the Kanchenjunga Viewpoint for breathtaking vistas. After lunch, private transfer to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station for your onward journey (transfer time approx. 4–5 hours).
