Itinerary
Arrival & Transfer to North Bali: Settle into Pemuteran
Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar) and transfer by private AC vehicle to Pemuteran (approx. 3.5–4.5 hours depending on traffic). Check in at your beachfront or eco-resort in the Menjangan Island area. Spend the afternoon unwinding on Pemuteran Beach, learn about local reef restoration projects, and enjoy a relaxed dinner at the resort.
Tip: Travel days can be long; rest up for an early start the next day.
Menjangan Island Marine Park Snorkel & Boat Safari
Early morning boat transfer to Menjangan Island Marine Park — one of Bali's most pristine snorkeling destinations. Guided snorkel sessions cover vibrant coral gardens and abundant reef fish. After an onboard picnic lunch, return to Pemuteran and in the afternoon visit a local village or relax at your resort.
Important: Snorkel gear, life jackets, boat crew, and marine park entrance fees are included. Reef-safe sunscreen is recommended.
Wildlife Trek in West Bali National Park & Pulaki Temple
Join a guided trek into West Bali National Park for wildlife viewing and birdwatching — spot endemic species and learn about conservation efforts. After the trek, visit the coastal Pulaki Temple (rock temple) and watch the sunset over the ocean.
Note: Trek difficulty is moderate; wear sturdy shoes and bring water.
Transfer to Ubud via Jatiluwih Rice Terraces
Check out and drive toward Central Bali. Stop at the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces (UNESCO cultural landscape) for panoramic views and photo opportunities. Continue to Ubud and check into your hotel. In the evening enjoy Ubud's dining scene or an optional traditional dance performance at the Ubud Palace.
Tip: Carry a light jacket for the highland climate and a camera for sweeping terrace views.
Ubud: Culture, Monkey Forest & Optional Adventures
Explore the cultural heart of Bali: visit the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, wander the artisan stalls at Ubud Market, and walk the Campuhan Ridge for scenic vistas. Optional activities: Mount Batur sunrise trek (pre-book), white-water rafting on the Ayung River, or a visit to a local coffee plantation for Luwak coffee tasting.
Important: The Mount Batur trek is a separate activity and should be booked in advance if desired.
Tegalalang, Coffee Tasting & Beach Transfer to Seminyak
Depart Ubud for South Bali. Stop at Tegalalang Rice Terraces for iconic rice-field views and swing experiences. Visit a local coffee plantation for a tasting of Balinese and Luwak coffee. Continue to Seminyak for check-in. Afternoon at leisure: enjoy Seminyak Beach, beach clubs, or optional water sports.
Tip: Seminyak is lively in the evenings — perfect for sunset dining and nightlife.
Leisure Morning & Departure
Enjoy a relaxed final morning in Seminyak — last-minute shopping or a beach stroll. Check out and transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport for your departure flight. If you have additional time, consider a spa treatment or beachfront brunch.
Reminder: Allow adequate travel time to the airport (depending on flight schedule and traffic).

Bali Hotel Swap Done Before We Landed
We were already at the Delhi airport when we found out our Ubud hotel had some issue with our booking confirmation. My wife was understandably anxious — this was our first international trip together and I didn't want it starting on a bad note. Called our TourGrids coordinator, Priya, and she sorted an alternate property within the hour. Same area, honestly a better view than what we'd originally picked. No extra charge, no drama. Rest of the Bali trip — the Seminyak days, the cliff dinner, the transfers — all went exactly as planned. The pre-trip WhatsApp conversations were also proper detailed, nothing vague.
Bali Planning Wrapped Up Over Three Calls
I was honestly dreading the whole planning part — Bali has so many options and I didn't know where to start. Called TourGrids and the guy on the other end just asked the right questions — budget, vibe, how many days, what me and my wife wanted to skip. Three calls later, the itinerary was ready. They adjusted the Ubud days when I said we wanted more beach time, no fuss. Hotels were proper good, cabs were on time, and the coordinator was reachable on WhatsApp throughout. No hidden charges at the end, everything matched what was quoted. First time booking through an agency and it went better than trips I've planned myself.
Bali Itinerary Built Around Our Actual Days
My wife and I had been putting off this Bali trip for two years because planning felt overwhelming. A friend suggested TourGrids and honestly, within the first call itself things started falling into place. The coordinator asked proper questions — our budget, what kind of experiences we wanted, whether we preferred beach days or cultural spots — and built the itinerary around that. No generic package dumped on us. A couple of WhatsApp exchanges later, hotels, flights, and cabs were all confirmed. No hidden charges, everything was transparent upfront. The Bali trip itself went exactly as planned. Just really glad we found someone who actually listened before booking anything.
Bali Planning Was Genuinely This Easy
I was honestly expecting the usual back-and-forth confusion when planning an international trip, but TourGrids surprised me. My wife and I wanted a Bali trip that wasn't just the standard tourist circuit, so I called them up and explained what we were looking for — more local experiences, fewer crowded spots. The team actually listened. Within a day they sent a customised itinerary that matched what we had discussed. We went over it on a call, made a couple of changes, and it was finalised quickly. Hotels were proper good, no surprise charges at the end, and everything was laid out clearly before we paid. The whole planning process felt very organised without being overwhelming.
