Arrival & Ahmedabad Heritage Introduction
Arrive at Ahmedabad (airport/railway) and meet your representative. Start with a relaxed city orientation and visit Sabarmati Ashram, a peaceful insight into Mahatma Gandhi's life, followed by a photo stop at Adalaj Stepwell. Evening at leisure with optional stroll in the Law Garden handicraft bazaar. Overnight in Ahmedabad.
Drive to Dhordo — Sunset at the Great Rann
After breakfast, depart for Dhordo in the Kutch region. En route visit Mandvi and the graceful Vijay Vilas Palace (subject to opening hours). Arrive in time to explore local Kutchi villages and witness the spectacular sunset over the White Rann of Kutch — a must-see panoramic experience. Optional evening cultural program (folk dance & music) can be arranged. Overnight stay in Dhordo or a nearby comfortable resort.
Rann Exploration & Bhuj Handicraft Trails
Early morning revisit the White Rann for sunrise (seasonal), then transfer to Bhuj. In Bhuj, visit Aina Mahal, Kutch Museum, and the artisan village of Bhujodi / Hodka for traditional embroidery and crafts shopping. Evening free to explore local markets. Overnight in Bhuj.
Transfer to Sasan Gir — Evening Nature Walk
After breakfast, drive from Bhuj towards Sasan Gir (long scenic drive; typically includes stops for meals and sightseeing). Arrive at Gir region in the evening. Enjoy a guided nature walk (subject to park regulations) or relax at the resort. Prepare for the early safari next morning. Overnight near Gir National Park.
Gir Safari & Departure
Early morning Jeep safari into Gir National Park to spot the Asiatic lion and other wildlife (booking subject to park availability). Post-safari return to the resort for breakfast and check-out. Depending on your onward travel schedule, visit Devaliya Safari Park or the historic town of Somnath (optional, time permitting) before your transfer to Diu/Ahmedabad airport or railway station for onward journey. Tour concludes with memories of Gujarat’s wilderness and culture.
