Check in to your luxury beachfront hotel or villa. Spend the afternoon unwinding on Mirissa Beach, enjoy the sunset, and savor a fresh seafood dinner at a beachside restaurant.

Blue Whale Watching & Coastal Relaxation
Set off at dawn for a licensed whale watching boat excursion in Mirissa Bay — one of the world's best places to see blue whales and other marine life. Return to the hotel for a late breakfast. Afternoon at leisure: relax by the pool, enjoy a spa treatment, or snorkel at nearby bays.
Note: Operators follow responsible wildlife viewing guidelines; sightings cannot be guaranteed but Mirissa offers one of the highest probabilities in Sri Lanka.
Galle Fort Day Trip — Heritage & Coastal Views
After breakfast, take a guided excursion to Galle Fort (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Important: Yala is a four to five-hour round trip from Mirissa and is offered as an optional paid add-on. Book in advance to secure permits and vehicle.
