Itinerary
Arrival in Jaipur & Royal Welcome
Arrive at Jaipur International Airport or railway station. Meet & greet with a private vehicle and transfer to your heritage hotel (optional palace upgrade available). Afternoon briefing with your shoot coordinator/photographer to finalize locations and shots. Evening golden-hour preparation and a short welcome shoot at the hotel courtyard or nearby Rambagh Palace facade.
Tip: Carry comfortable footwear for palace grounds and light props for quick setups.
Jaipur Palace & City Shoots
Full day dedicated to pre-wedding photoshoots and sightseeing. Morning shoot at the majestic City Palace Jaipur and Jal Mahal for classic royal frames. Lunch at a heritage café. Afternoon shots at the colorful lanes near Hawa Mahal and by the honeycombed facades of the old city. Sunset shoot atop Nahargarh Fort or an open terrace for panoramic city-light backdrops.
Note: Palace interior permissions may require advance booking; we recommend confirming 30–45 days prior.
Drive to Jodhpur via Samode (Optional) & Evening at Mehrangarh
After breakfast, depart for Jodhpur (approx. 6–7 hours by scenic drive). Optional stop at Samode Palace for heritage courtyard shots (advance permission recommended). Arrive in Jodhpur, check-in to a palace hotel. Late afternoon dedicated shoot at Mehrangarh Fort with dramatic fort walls and blue city vistas. Capture twilight portraits against fort ramparts and sunset over the Thar plains.
Tip: Plan lighting gear and reflectors for fort shoots; wind can pick up in the evening.
Jodhpur to Udaipur — Lakeside Romance
Post-breakfast transfer to Udaipur (approx. 5 hours by road). En-route scenic stops and a short rest. Arrive in Udaipur, check-in at a lakeside heritage hotel. Evening golden-hour shoot at Lake Pichola with iconic views of the Lake Palace and City Palace Udaipur. Capture romantic boat-shot sequences (boat rides to be arranged in advance) and lakeside reflections at dusk.
Important: Boat availability may be seasonal; pre-book for guaranteed slots.
Udaipur Palaces & Sunset on Monsoon Palace
Morning dedicated shoot at the ornate City Palace Udaipur—courtyards, balconies, and royal steps for regal compositions. Midday rest and wardrobe changes at the hotel. Late afternoon shoot at Sajjangarh (Monsoon Palace) for sweeping sunset panoramas over the Aravalli hills. Optional romantic boat re-shoot on Lake Pichola for night-light portraits.
Tip: Use lighter garments for midday; plan heavier ensembles for sunset and night shoots.
Departure from Udaipur — Final Shots & Farewell
Early morning optional sunrise shoot by the lakes or hotel rooftop (perfect for soft light portraits). Breakfast and time to relax. Check-out and transfer to Udaipur Airport or railway station for onward journey. Hand-over of shoot schedule, contacts for photographer/organizer, and guidance for post-production options (photobook, album packages—available at extra cost).
Note: Ensure all permits and equipment are packed; airport transfers will be timed to your flight/train schedule.
