Arrival in Srinagar, Private Houseboat Check-in & Shikara at Sunset
Arrive at Srinagar Airport and meet your private representative for a luxury transfer to your private houseboat on Dal Lake. Settle in, enjoy a welcome drink, and take a serene shikara cruise through the floating gardens and markets as the sun sets. Evening gourmet dinner served aboard or at a curated waterfront restaurant.
Special note: Houseboat rooms include daily housekeeping and optional in-house dining arrangements.
Mughal Gardens, Shankaracharya & Local Market Exploration
After a leisurely breakfast aboard, explore the classic attractions of Srinagar with a private guide. Visit the Mughal Gardens — Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh — followed by the panoramic Shankaracharya Temple for hilltop views. Stroll through the Old City bazaars for Kashmiri shawls, papier-mâché and saffron souvenirs. Evening at leisure with a gourmet Kashmiri dinner reservation.
