Itinerary
Arrival & Shikara Experience in Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar airport and meet your representative. Transfer to your traditional Houseboat / Hotel on Dal Lake. Relax and unwind from your journey. In the late afternoon enjoy a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake passing floating vegetable gardens and local markets.
Tip: Keep your camera ready for Golden hour photography on the lake.
Srinagar City Tour & Mughal Gardens
After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Srinagar; visit the historic Shankaracharya Temple overlooking the city, and stroll through the famed Mughal Gardens—Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh. Evening at leisure to explore the local bazaars for Pashmina shawls and Kashmiri handicrafts.
Note: Comfortable walking shoes recommended for garden and market strolls.
Dachigam National Park Safari from Srinagar
Early morning depart for Dachigam National Park (approx. 1–1.5 hrs drive). Experience a guided safari into the park with a trained forest guide. Look for the rare Hangul (Kashmiri stag), Himalayan birds, and other endemic wildlife. Enjoy a packed picnic lunch amidst nature. Return to Srinagar in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight.
Important: Dachigam visits are subject to park permissions and seasonal access; carry your ID and follow guide instructions.
