No, Indian citizens do not need a visa for Bhutan. They must obtain entry permits and pay the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF). Required documents are a valid passport or voter ID card, recent passport photos, and birth certificates for minors under 18. Entry permits cover Thimphu and Paro districts only. Route permits are mandatory for other regions including Punakha, Phobjikha Valley, and Bumthang Valley.
